• Practicing a labor rehearsal and the husband's role

Class 3:  Husband's Role + Comfort Measures

• Breathing techniques
• Physical positions for labor progression
• Massage and counter-pressure methods
• Using water, heat, and cold for comfort
• Voice and sound in labor
• Partner support techniques and practice
• Scripture-based labor encouragement

Week 4:  Variations + Complications + Writing Birth Plan

• Understanding common interventions
• Making informed decisions as a couple
• Creating a faith-centered birth plan
• Understanding cesarean birth
• Variations of normal labor
• Pain medication options and timing
• Emergency preparations

Week 5: Postpartum Care

• Interactive labor rehearsal
• Immediate postpartum period
• Physical recovery after birth
•  Partner's role in early days

Week 6: Breastfeeding + Newborn Care

• First hours with your newborn
• Breastfeeding basics
• Building your support network
• Overview of newborn care

You will have access to the material for 12 months.

Each of the six lessons are released weekly.  You are encouraged to stay with the class and do one lesson each week. 

The courses are all pre-recorded so you can watch them when it is most convenient for you.

You will have access to Rochelle (and Luis) with a few live zoom session throughout the six weeks.  Following the full course Rochelle is available for some questions via Marco Polo or email.
